- Welcome to Anna's Pet Care! We specialize in in-home pet care that brings peace of mind to pet parents in Memphis, TN. Whether you're working late, traveling, or just need a helping hand, our team is here to care for your pets with the same love and attention you do.
- With our service, you'll receive a trained, background-checked, Fear Free Certified, and pet CPR and first aid certified professional. Anna's Pet Care operates as a drug, nicotine, and alcohol-free workplace. Our team members travel with pet CPR and first aid kits to be prepared for emergencies. Every service includes a personalized report, photos, a written update, and communication of any health or safety concerns observed during our time with your pets. Our Proven Process
- Connect & Prepare: We start with a quick discovery stage where we share our Services & Pricing and FAQ pages so you can see how we work and ensure we’re the right fit (we recommend texting for fastest response). Once you’re ready, we create your profile in our Time to Pet app with basic info (contact details, city, and pet info). You’ll receive an activation email to complete your pet’s profile, upload vaccine records, and choose your home access option. Our goal is to make it simple for you to get started with confidence!
- Meet & Review: Next, we schedule your in-person consultation. Two members of our Fear Free Certified team meet you and your pets, confirm behavioral and safety details, review care instructions, collect keys, and deliver your welcome bag. We’ll make sure everything is ready for stress-free care — from emergency contacts to medication notes. Our goal is to build trust, understand your pets, and set everyone up for success!
- Love & Repeat: Once onboarding is complete, you can schedule visits anytime through our app. Your pet care team provides loving care, sends detailed visit notes and photos, and keeps your pet’s profile up to date. You’ll receive a post-visit survey or review link — we love hearing your feedback and continuously improving. Our goal is to deliver consistent, professional, and joyful pet care - every visit, every time!
Dog Walking
Let your dog stretch their legs and sniff the neighborhood while we provide safe, structured walks. Included: GPS-tracked walk, fresh water refill, and waste cleanup.
- 20-minute walk - $25
- 60-minute walk - $40
- 2-hour adventure hike - $90 (includes Fear Free transportation to nearby park or venue, adventure hike, transport home with an optional Pup Cup break)
- Additional Dog Rate - +$15 per dog per walk
- Early Morning or Late Night Rate (before 8A or after 7P) - +$10 per walk
- Weekend Rate - +$10 per walk

Drop-In Visits
Ideal for feeding, water refresh, potty breaks, playtime or snuggles, litterbox scooping, and medication needs. Included: automation verification (i.e. automatic litterboxes, automatic feeders, water fountains, etc). Great for both dogs, cats, reptiles, rabbits, and other small animals!

- Multiple hour visit - $40/hour

Overnight Pet Sitting
Your pet stays in their familiar environment while we handle evening and morning care to give you peace of mind. Included is your pet's favorite bedtime routine, meals, medications, potty breaks, walk or playtime, cuddles and love, light cleaning, video updates, home security checks, plant watering, and a special toy or treat, if you approve.
- 12-hour overnight stay (~7 PM - 7 AM) - $150
- 24-hour overnight stay - $250
- Additional pet rate - $25 per pet per night
- Weekend Rate - $10 per night

Pet Boarding (In-Sitter's Home)
- Perfect for pets who prefer a cozy home-like setting while you're away. Only available on a case-by-case basis. Included is feeding, potty breaks, playtime or walk, cuddle time, medication, and video updates. To be considered for this service, please provide the following information when making the request:
- - Travel dates
- - Dog's name, age, breed, and approximate weight
- - Spay/neuter status
- - Vaccine and flea/tick prevention status
- - How they interact with other dogs and cats
- - Crate trained, potty trained
- - Medical conditions or medications
- - History of aggression, fearfulness, anxiety, separation anxiety, resource guarding, or significant stress in new environments

Pet Taxi
Safe, dependable transportation for your pets to and from vet visits, groomers, and more in the Shelby County area. Included: secure transport, seatbelt or carrier/carseat use, calming pheremone spray, and calming music.
- One-way trip - $25
- Round-trip - $50
- Wait-and-accompany service (we stay and take notes for you!) - +$40 for each hour waiting
- Adventure Hikes (includes round-trip transportation and a 1 hour adventure) - $90

Bath & Brush
Available as an add-on to existing services for select dogs in the comfort of your dogs home. Included: gentle bath, light blow-dry or towel dry, brushing, ear cleaning, nail trim, and anal gland expression. Not available for double-coated dogs.
Doggy Waste Management
We handle the dirty work so your yard stays clean, safe, and enjoyable. We walk the yard thoroughly, collect all visible waste, and dispose of it off-site. Keeping up with regular scooping helps reduce odor, pests, and mess - and keeps your outdoor space safer for your pets and family. Commercial pet waste services are available - please call us to discuss your specific needs.
- Single poop scooping visit (best for yards that haven't been cleaned in over 4 weeks or have excessive buildup) - $120
- Recurring twice monthly poop scooping - $60 (the 1st cleaning is $120)
Optional Add-Ons:
- Large yard fee (greater than 0.5 acre) - +$10/visit
- Clean both front & back yards - +$13/visit
- Additional Visits (more than twice monthly) - +$15/visit
Kitty Waste Management
Let us handle the dirty work and help you maintain a fresh, hygienic space for your cats. Even with regular scooping or self-cleaning mechanisms, litter boxes require consistent deep cleaning to ensure proper hygiene, odor control, and - in the case of automatic boxes - optimal functionality. We take care of the dirty work so your cats stay happy and healthy.
- Recurring Basic Litter Box Cleaning – $25/visit (+$5 for each additional box over 3)
Includes scooping and disposal of solids, emptying and changing automatic litter receptacles as needed, sweeping surrounding area for tracked litter, wiping and emptying litter mats, topping off litter using litter provided by client.
Traditional Litter Box Deep Clean – $40/box
Includes removal and disposal of old litter, scrubbing and disinfecting the box, replenishment with clean litter provided by the client.
Automatic Litter Box Deep Clean – Single Detail Service – $150
Full dismantling, deep clean, sanitation, and reset for one automatic litter box
Monthly Automatic Litter Box Maintenance Plan – $100/month (initial service is $150)
Includes one deep clean and reset per month after initial setup
Optional Add-Ons:
- Accessory cleaning (ramps, shields, hoppers, etc.) – +$5 each- Mat cleaning – +$10/mat- Waste haul-away (we take the dirty litter with us) – +$5
Home Access Options
Every service requires a secure and reliable method for our team to access your home. Before your consultation, we'll help you determine the option that works best for your household.
Recommended: Client Lockbox
- Your own lockbox: No charge
- APC Lockbox Installation: $15 (lockbox becomes your property)
Key on File
- Secure key storage: No charge
- Key pickup after consultation: $25
- Key return after services: $25
For the safety of your pets, a physical backup key is required for vacation pet sitting, even if your home has an electronic lock or garage door opener.
